Dear Teachers, Parents and Coaches, Thank you for your patience while I have been re-working the draw so all the kids can play without going too late in the day. As we will still be at Alert Level 2 this Friday we are only allowed 100 people in the Stadium arena. A couple of the time slots come very close to that limit so we ask that: ONLY players and 1 Coach will be allowed entry into the Stadium. (It would be great if they came in as a team!) We will be counting and signing players/coaches in through the side entrance (through the rear carpark via Redwood Street under the weightlifting gym). As the foyer is a different zone and is used by quite a few people we can’t use the main entrance to the Stadium. Children will exit through the far rear doors into the outside basketball courts next to Marlborough Youth Trust along Redwood St and can be collected from the basketball courts. We will get our referees to help guide the kids. Note: Renwick Storm have a double header so can stay in the Stadium between their games. As we need to clean items between games, limit the number of kids at the Stadium and try to keep things on times we ask that players not turn up too early for their game. 4pm Games: entry will be from 3.45pm Games will finish promptly at 4.30pm (Premier games will finish at 4.40pm) 4.55pm Games: Entry will be from 4.45pm Games will finish promptly at 5.25pm (Premier will finish at 5.35pm) 5.50pm Games: Entry will be from 5.40pm Games will finish promptly at 6.20pm (Premier will finish at 6.30pm) Please remember to be careful if you park in the rear carpark and look out for children!
