  • To achieve a Gold Badge in the area of their choice the student must be in the Senior School at RVS (Years 11-13).
  • For students to complete a badge in the Gold area, they need to complete 1 major and 2 minors.  There is more of a focus on greater community impact for these Badges.
  • Students must ‘sign up’ for the Honours Programme by accepting the invitation from Mrs Struthers for the Honours Programme Google Classroom.  Once they accept, the teacher in charge will assign the appropriate Badges to them.  All they have to do is fill out the Sign-off form for the chosen badge on their own Google Drive.  Some extra planning is required for some badge activities. Find these forms by searching “Serve and Lead” etc.   When filling out their form students need to describe everything they have completed.  Include their name and names of what they did and for how long. Students must give good detail on what they did and use certificates and photos if available. If they do not have photos etc then they must get their leader or coach to sign off their activities by writing a short note.
  • All other information is found on the Google Classroom.
