Zest Media

Zest Media is a tool that provides students with a 'voice'. It provides a context for effective leadership development and enables students to communicate with our community, creating 'good gossip' and engaging with our culture.  Through the medium of film, radio, website blog and during assemblies, students are able to develop skills and talents in the following fields:

• Leadership
• The languages
• Technology
• The Arts
• Organisation
• Time management
• Problem solving

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Leadership development of our Middle and Senior School students is best done within a specific context, and we have chosen Zest Media as the context for the RVS leadership development programme.

The leadership opportunities we hope to create through Zest include:

• Orientation for new parents​
• Sport at lunchtimes
• News on the web, radio and during assemblies
• Camp
  
• Through outside coaching
• Technology leaders
• Being "cultural salt"
