From Marlborough Volleyball:

As there will be NO volleyball again this week due to a Local Government meeting/dinner at the Stadium, Marlborough Volleyball have decided to have a wee meeting/course on refereeing. We would love as many people as possible to attend! This is for anyone who has thought they might like to give it a go through to those who are already refereeing on Thursday nights. We will just be going over a few simple volleyball rules etc based on the Volleyball New Zealand Local Referee Course. A reminder that our referees get paid  ($10 per game) so sometimes it is a good way to pay your subs. Hopefully this will be a good chance to ask any questions you also may have.
 
This will be held in the multi-purpose room at the Stadium from 6.30pm this Thursday 15th July. Please text (0221200573)or email Nicky if you would like to attend.
 
Our Spring League will start the following week – 29th July so registrations will be going out very shortly for that.
In other exciting news - We will be having the NZ Volleyferns here next week and they will be holding a training camp for those students in years 7, 8, 9 and 10 on July 20th 9am -12pm cost is $25 so please get in touch for a registration form AND then they will be holding an exhibition match from 12-2pm(Gold coin entry for match)
Marlborough Volleyball club will be holding their AGM next Monday at 6.30pm in the meeting room upstairs at the Stadium. Everyone welcome to attend.
