Further information from hockey Marlborough

Hi All,
 
Due to numbers of players registered for the school coaching sessions we will be combining all Wed and Thur groups to Wed 3.30pm. Those schools are St Marys / Fairhall /  RV / Riverlands /  Rapaura /  Home Schooled.
If you have players who have not registered but are keen please get them to sign up ASAP.
 
We hope you are looking forward to being at the turf for the first time in a while. As this is the first week for us being open to large groups we would appreciate your patience and please follow these simple guidelines to help make the afternoon run smoothly.

• Please make sure you are kitted up and ready to play
• Upon arrival you will need to sign in using the GuestHub App (please download before you arrived, you can fill in parent and kids name on the one sign in)
• Scan the QR code which is on the fence, there is also one near the kitchen.
• Use the hand sanitiser once inside the gates. This will be set up at a table at the gates.
• Please check in with Emma (or a volunteer who will be at the gate), who will tick your name off the registration form.
• Parents/Supporters please be aware of distancing when catching up and keep your 1m space.
