We would like to extend a huge thank you to the wonderful Community Care Pharmacy for donating 2 Epi Pens to our school. Your kindness is greatly appreciated. Please remember to support the Community Care Pharmacy in The Warehouse.
Please note that our current uniform is still in use. When the new uniform is established there will be a 2 year transition period giving the students enough time to grow out of any recently purchased uniform items before having to buy the new uniform. Fleeces are $50 each, wearing them for the next 2 years makes them very reasonably priced.
TERM 3 ONLY. At morning tea break and lunchtime students will be able to wear a plain Black or Navy Jacket over top of the current school uniform. NOT in place of school fleeces/ jerseys. No jackets are to be worn in class. Blue uniform slips will be given out next Term. These are to be seen as a communicative device not a punishment. If your child needs to wear a non-uniform item please send them to school with a note explaining dated and signed. Richmond View School
Transition Class 2019 And so, another first for Richmond View School! At the start of Term 3 we welcome our first three Year 0 children into our new Transition Classroom. God continues to provide our school community with new families and new facilities. This classroom which was formerly Mr. Pauling’s office, has been taking shape over this last Term. The Transition classroom is an extension of Room 1 and will allow another group of children to spend time developing learning through play, as well as, ‘formal’ learning opportunities. This class will run for Term 3 & Term 4. Vital to its success, will be the ability for the Transition Class and Room 1 to have opportunities to work together – Sharing Devotions, Assembly Times, teaching Art, Developing Writing Skills,Playing together and working with other teachers. We thank God for his Provision. 2 Corinthians 9:8 “And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work”.
