Wow! What a term we just had - busy, hard work and fun. I hope that you managed to get along to one of our RVS amazing assemblies. These happen most weeks and are on the RVS website so that you can plan ahead and come to see your child take a lead role in his/her class assembly.
We ended Term 2 with the amazing SHINE! week. All of the children at RVS had the opportunity to take part and SHINE! in one of the creative arts/performing arts. It was AMAZING! Term 3 will be no less busier. We will continue to work alongside Room 4, sharing teachers and teacher aides, and allowing the children more opportunity to work in smaller groups or individual situations. As always, all the children will have a TERM Scripture to learn. These were given out the last week of last term. This was to allow the children some extra time to work on their Scripture verses. There can be no more an important task for our children and ourselves as parents, than to help them instill the Word of God in their hearts, for life. Thank you for your help in this. We will be visiting Brayshaw Park on two occasions this coming term and a letter will come home with details about this in week one. This term there will be parent conferences. Remeber to book online. RVS Cross Country will take place in week 3 - dates and times will be in the RVS Newsletter. Room 3 will also take part in the Stadium 2000 Fundamental Skills programme towards the end of this term. Please keep praying for our RVS College. There is much work to do and prayer is a most powerful source of strength. God Bless and thank you. Francesca Crossley. Comments are closed.
