Hello! Welcome to the first blog written by students!
We will be introducing you to how our new brilliant college is going. Our class is extremely thankful and proud to have two new college teachers. Also we are very excited that we will be having our new awesome classroom fully built. English is awesome! Mrs Pigou is teaching us English and Spelling. We have sheets of paper in the beginning we all choose the words we think is hard and with it we do all sorts of fun subjects with it the words that we enjoy. Then since we are all warmed up we go into the English subject deeper. Then we have Social Studies. This also Mrs Pigou teaches us and it is wonderful subject. To us it is also known as history. We have learnt so much the history of Egypt. Soon we have Maths! Mr Adamson is the teacher for this subject. If you come and see with your own eyes all of us are enjoying it and into it! We learn what Math is for and how it is used. For Languages we are taught by our PC in the website called Te Kura and we are having fun communicating to our language group members with the language we have learnt. For Health we learn about about human rights and the health of our human society. Then we have Science - Mr Adamson teaches. It is always interesting how it works and what we can earn out of it. We learn the types of Science there is too! Next we always have mentoring after lunch and in mentoring we are the mentor of ourselves. We look back and think how well have I improved or what more do I need to catch up with the others? Once a fortnight we will be called in by the teachers to see how we are going or if there is some hardship and problem that needs solving. Finally we have the Year 9 going to the stadium to do a lot of exercise and sports. We are doing all types of fitness and improve our health. Our mentor is Patra and we are always engaged on whatever we are doing and make the most of it fun. God Bless, Jeong Hun and Joseph Comments are closed.
