Dear RVS Community,
 
It is with much sadness I inform you of the passing away of our dear Kaumatua Bill O’Brien on Monday night.  He had been ill, but none of us expected this outcome.
 
Bill was a godly man, influential here at RVS and we will miss him dearly.  Our prayers go to the family, particularly Huia, Bill’s late wife.  He is now with his Heavenly Father having finished the race well and I thank the Lord for the legacy Bill has left here.
