Join us for an evening of fun and wellness.
We know that we are more than just a body, but exist as bodies, minds, and spirits, and all parts of us need attention, especially given the turmoil of the last couple of years.
We are privileged to have three wonderful guest speakers to offer insight into nourishing all three areas - mind, body, and spirit.

Following our guest speakers, we will move to a drinks and nibbles session, where you can mingle and ask our guest speakers any 'burning questions' you may have.
